All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.

All our parcels are deposited directly at the Canada Post sorting center in the city of Brossard in Québec (Canada).

Parcels sent without tracking have no guarantee of re-sending / refunding in the event of loss, theft, misdelivery or vandalism.
