WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICES
If despite all our care, there was a manufacturing defect contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As the case may be, we will either provide repair, or exchange and / or delivery free of charge in accordance with an agreement.
* CRAZY LILY Bijoux guarantees for 1 year the quality of the images and their good behavior in their support. The warranty covers for 1 year from the date of purchase the quality of the image and its good behavior on the articles manufactured after September 1st, 2015 and presenting on their label of purchase the mention "Waterproof".
This warranty applies exclusively to CRAZY LILY Bijoux products only if they have been used normally. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, improper use or use of products not manufactured by CRAZY LILY Bijoux. This warranty also covers, and only for pewter jewelery, the strength of the holder / receptacle which maintains the image as well as the good behavior of the device allowing the jewel to be worn by the user. - See note below.
The image quality is understood to mean an absence of alteration of the lightening, discoloration or impregnation type. The term "durable" means the durable fixing of the decoration and of its covering device in its receptacle.
The warranty applies from the date of original retail purchase ("warranty period"). The warranty is valid in Québec, Canada, the United States and the European area. This guarantee is valid only on presentation of the article allegedly defective and after analyzes of it confirming it. The defective item must be sent at the claimant's expense. CRAZY LILY Jewelry may ask to provide proof of purchase, to answer questions aimed at detecting the origin of the defect before providing a warranty service. CRAZY LILY JEWELRY is not obliged to repair or replace the defective product until it is returned.
Under warranty service, and provided that the product can still be manufactured, a new identical product, of the same value or replacement (according to agreement) will be returned free of charge. The cost of sending the defective product paid by the claimant will then be reimbursed. The repaired or replaced product is then covered for the remainder of the initial warranty period or a period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
We are working to offer a guarantee on the device allowing the wear of the jewel by the user for our products other than pewter. If any of these devices prove to be defective, please notify us at email@example.com, we may be able to repair or exchange it even if our current warranty does not cover it.
